If tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of confidence to ensure the integrity of the Contractor, the Customer may request other documents confirming the possibility of self-fulfillment by the Contractor providing services, including, but not limited to: an extract from the list of staff with the application copies of the contracts of employment of persons involved to perform the work, information about the presence in the ownership or the right to lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms vehicles.
In case of not providing these documents, the customer is entitled to reject a proposal (offer).
