Objective of the works Carrying out a survey of the carrying capacity of building structures taking into account the projected operating loads for installation of bridge cranes with a capacity of 30 tons, 50 tons of buildings CGE section №1 in axes E/O-P/1/4-30/1, section №2 in axes A-B, 4-30, section №10 in axes R-Z/8-39.
Gran carrying capacity Q=30 t span 34 m. (weight of the crane itself 75 tons, load on the wheel 36 tons), crane carrying capacity Q=50 tons span 34 (weight of the crane itself 108 tons, load on the wheel 62 tons).

7. Timeline of work 66 working days from the date of providing all necessary information for the survey
8. Contents of the work (1) Preparatory works:
- familiarization with the object of the survey, its volumetric planning and constructive decision;
- selection and analysis of design and technical documentation;
- Preparation of a program of work on technical survey.$
2) Preliminary (visual) survey:
- continuous visual examination of building structures and identification of defects and damage on external signs with necessary measurements and fixation;
- description, photofixation of defective damaged areas;
- establishment of emergency sites (if available);
- refinement of the design diagram of the object;
- preliminary assessment of the serviceability of the facility and its elements, determined by the degree of damage and the characteristic causes of defects.$
3) Detailed (instrumental) survey (if necessary):
- determination of the location of construction structures;
- Measuring the main geometric parameters of structural structures, in the volume required for the survey;
- natural inspection of all main load-bearing structures;
- Determination of actual operational loads and impacts perceived by the constructions under study;
- determination of the real design scheme of the building or structure and its individual structures;
- determination of calculation efforts in load-bearing structures perceiving operational loads;
- determination of the type of corrosion, the area of its propagation and the degree of damage in the structural structure of the building;
- determination of the actual strength of concrete bearing building structures by the method of non-destructive control;
- analysis of the causes of defects and damage;
- assessment of technical condition; $
- determination of the most likely causes of defects and damage in structures (if present);
- performance of verification calculation taking into account the actual technical condition of load-bearing structures and the basis for operation loads from installed lifting structures;
- drafting of the final document (Conclusions), including:
- Explanatory note; $
- Schemes of defect and damage to building structures;
- photographic materials; $
- materials test protocols; $
- conclusions and recommendations taking into account the installed lifting facilities for further operation of the surveyed object;
- results of verification calculation (s);
- protocols of the results of the autopsies of building structures and the passage of shurfs in the amount necessary for the assessment of the technical condition of construction structures.
7. Examination of foundations and bases Perform a solid survey of foundations under the columns of the framework with determination of actual strength of concrete by the method of breaking off with the rocking, determination of actual reinforcement and geometric dimensions of foundations.
Perform the determination of physical and mechanical characteristics of ground soils in the volume necessary to perform checking calculations.
8. Autopsy and laboratory studies of materials of building structures Based on the results of a visual survey, to determine the locations of necessary autopsies of structures in order to determine the actual reinforcement (if necessary).
9. Geodetic control For checking calculation and determination of technical condition it is possible to use the results of geodetic control of existing Industrial Safety Expertise Conclusions.

5. SP 13-102-2003 Rules of survey of load-bearing construction structures of buildings and structures.
11. Requirements to the Contractor 1.$ Availability of non-destructive control specialists in the staff of the Contractor (at least 2 specialists certified in the field of non-destructive control of buildings and structures according to the required types of control);
2. Availability of certificates of admission to certain types of work related to the performance of the contract in accordance with the technical specification issued by self-regulatory organizations in accordance with the Urban Code of the Russian Federation and Federal Law No. 315 "On self-regulatory organizations";
3. Availability of own necessary for the provision of services licensed software, technological equipment and a fleet of instrumentation instruments;
4. Compliance with occupational health and safety requirements in accordance with regulatory documents.
11. The volume of reporting documents The Contractor undertakes to provide a technical report on the results of the survey in one copy electronically and on paper in the amount of 2 (two) copies.
