| Payment terms: | Payment is made in stages on the basis of the Act of acceptance of work performed by the Parties, within 180 (one hundred eighty) calendar days from the date of its signing, but not earlier than receipt of funds from the Customer for the implementation of the relevant stages of work under the Main Contract, provided that the Subcontractor provides the Contractor Originals of the Act of Acceptance of Work performed and the Invoice. |
