The submitted proposal must consist of a technical and commercial part, certified by the signature of the manager with a seal stamp (it is also necessary to attach completed forms in Excel format). In the technical part, the list and scope of work must be indicated and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). The offer must strictly comply with the data indicated on the electronic site. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached offer and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TP will be rejected.
In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be removed from participation in the Purchase, and if the inaccuracy of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Agreement, such Agreement may be terminated.
