This request for a commercial proposal is sent in accordance with the tender rules of the tender organizer in the framework of the procedure of request for commercial proposals, which (as well as the tender) is not an offer, auction or Competition and its holding is not regulated by art. 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code and is not a public competition and is not regulated by art. 1057-1065 of the Russian Civil Code.
2. The quotation must comply fully with the requirements/criteria set out in the technical specification.
3. Without providing all the documents specified in the request (or if they are inadmissible) the organization will not be mistake to the tender.
