Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

License for educational activities, accreditation for educational services in labor protection, notification of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the approval of training programs, documents confirming the company's conscientiousness (sent on request, as well as to the winner), other supporting documents in the areas of training.
