Comments:
The Vladivostok branch of TD Polymetal LLC invites you to take part in the procurement procedure for carrying out the remaining volumes of construction and installation works at the hostel No. 4 in the Okhotsk district of the Khabarovsk Territory for Svetloye LLC.
1. Detailed requirements for this project are reflected in the procurement documentation:
- proposal card to fill out;
- terms of reference with applications;
- draft agreement with annexes;
- list of requirements for the composition of the KP.
2. To participate in this procurement procedure, all tabs of the "Card-offer" form must be filled out.
3. Proposals submitted without the documentation specified in the list of requirements for the composition of the KP are not accepted for consideration.
4. The main criteria for choosing the best offer:
- compliance of the commercial proposal with the requirements of the statement of work;
- the availability of the necessary documents in accordance with the statement of work and the requirements of the procurement documentation;
- terms and cost of work;
- agreement with the draft contract;
- payment terms;
- experience in similar work;
- quality of filling in the procurement documentation.
5. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, a public tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. Art. 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
6. The draft contract is not a public offer, but its terms will be binding on the winner.
