2. Installation Assignment
The measuring complex is designed to determine the geometric parameters of graphite electrodes nipples (hereinafter referred to as Equipment or Installation) for carrying out non-destructive operational control of a set of linear and angular dimensions of nipples in automatic mode.
3. Target.
Ensuring the smooth operation of the installation.
4. Description of types of work during service maintenance.
4.1. Service maintenance and repair includes the following types of work:
- interaction of technical support specialists via email, phone and WhatsApp;
- Connecting specialists via remote access to the installation;
- Departure of specialists for troubleshooting and/or repair;
- coordination with the Customer and making changes to the algorithms of the installation;
- conclusion on technical serviceability of the equipment with the indication of non-serviceable units and installation systems;
- providing spare parts, if necessary, at the expense of the customer;
- complete verification of metrological characteristics and adjustment of basic data processing parameters, namely:
* initialization of all work modules and binding embedded magnetic encoders to internal reference labels;
* Verification of the fiber-optic chromatic confocal sensor of distance to the light scattering surface using horizontal channel linear encoders;
* comprehensive inspection of the software and hardware measuring complex using the reference and test sample "Rook" and a special device;
* calibration of the loader with selection of its parameters;
* purging/cleaning of the plant from dust;
* Verification of cable connections for reliability and absence of graphite dust;
* check the voltage of the power supply;
* inspection of the integrity of the wire insulation;
* broaching of all mounting mounts;
* verification/lubrication of all guides;
* verified/restore marking of all PARTIALURLPLACEHOLDER according to the electrical circuit;
* inspection of the installation for noise and defects in the mechanical part;
* Inspection/restoration of SHU leakproofness;
* Inspection/adjustment of sensors;
* based on the results of the IT, updating of the schematics of the equipment, instructions, software installation. Create a backup of the software.
Comments: The participant who took part in the procedure (who made an offer) is obliged to upload the following documents to the system before the deadline for accepting applications:
1. Articles of Association (with all the amendments, if any).
2. Certificate of the state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from USRLE.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
