Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Prepayment of 30% of the total amount of the agreement (first payment), 35% within 30 banking days from the date of acceptance of the locomotive by the Customer and signing of the relevant documents (second payment), 35% (final settlement) within 30 banking days from the date of transfer second payment

Comments:
For participation in tenders by lot, the Bidder shall indicate the cost of repair work with VAT.
The term of performance of repair works until 31.10.2018.
