Required conditions for participation in the tender:
The contractor must provide:
• Application for participation (Appendix 1);
• application form (company card) of the tender participant;
• reference list for similar types of work;
• copies of the accounting balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the last 3 years;
• The TKP, which consists of two parts:
a) the commercial part with the application of a calculation;
b) the technical part.
The commercial part should include:
- commercial offer, according to Appendix 2, signed by the head and seal of the enterprise or a scanned copy, fax. The total bid price must cover all obligations of the bidder to meet the requirements contained in the tender documentation, including the cost of spare parts, consumables, services shipping, travel expenses, etc.
- provide a cost estimate of the quotation (costing)
