Mandatory conditions for participation in the tender:
The contractor must provide:
• Application for participation (Appendix 1);
• A copy of the FAZHT certificate on the assignment of a conditional number for branding;
• application form (company card) of the bidder;
• reference list for similar types of work;
• copies of the boom. balance sheet and income statement for the last 3 years;
• TAP, which consists of two parts:
a) the commercial part with the calculation application;
b) the technical part.
The commercial part should include:
- commercial offer, according to Appendix 2, signed by the head and stamped by the company or scanned copy, fax. The total bid price must cover all the obligations of the bidder to fulfill the requirements contained in the tender documentation, including the cost of spare parts, consumables, delivery services, travel expenses, etc.
