Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the acts of services rendered. Advance payment is not provided
Delivery terms:1. The contractor must have a full staff of medical workers who have undergone special training and have a certificate for the right to conduct an examination in accordance with the Methodological Recommendations "Medical provision of road safety (Organization and procedure for conducting pre-trip medical examinations of vehicle drivers), approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation on 29.01. 2002 "(Letter of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated August 21, 2003 No. 2510 / 9468-03-32).
2. The contractor is obliged, before starting work, to organize at his own expense preliminary medical examinations of employees for the absence of contraindications for health reasons to the work performed and to ensure that the employees involved in the work, for which it is legally prescribed to undergo appropriate medical examinations, undergo the appropriate medical examinations at a specified frequency. The costs associated with such surveys are not separately reimbursed to the Contractor.
3. All employees of the Contractor who are at the Customer's facility must be identified as the Contractor's personnel using overalls and a badge, the appearance of the employees must be neat and tidy.
4. The executor's personnel must undergo annual occupational health and safety training, briefings. Know the requirements of OT and STO OT on the territory of the Customer.
The cost of the service should be indicated in the calculation for 1 person.

It is mandatory to sign an agreement on confidentiality and compliance with labor protection requirements (see tender documentation).
