Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
3.1. The customer for the services referred to in paragraph 1.1. This contract pays out gradually (according to p.p. 2.1-2.3):

- certification of welding personnel _ thousands of USD.
- certification of welding technology-VET _ thousands of USD.
- certification of welding equipment-_ thousands of USD.
3.2. Payment is made after the end of the execution of works based on the supplied account and invoices (if necessary) and signed by the Parties Act of acceptance of the executed works brought to the customer within a period of not less than 10 working days prior to the occurrence of the respective payment day.
Payment for the work performed is carried out by the customer in payment days. Payment days are 15 and 29 of the month (February 15 and 27). If the payment days will fall on a weekend, holiday or the last working day of the month, the customer makes a payment in the previous working day.
Terms of delivery:
to perform all work in strict compliance with current legislation, normative-technical documentation and within the time limits provided for in this agreement and its annexes.
4.2. Perform work in conditions of operating enterprise.
4.3. When carrying out works to comply with the requirements of industrial safety at the site, safety, environmental and fire safety Wednesday, Snip requirements, regulations and internal regulations in force on the object Customer.
4.4. Contain in proper condition and to carry out the cleaning of the territory in which the work is being carried out, and adjacent to it.
4.5. Must provide written information about recognizing or not recognizing a related party of the customer, as well as to inform the customer in writing of the occurrence, modification or termination conditions, giving reason to believe such Contractor related party on the grounds that certain Regulations define related parties of the customer (posted at PJSC «NCSP, address: www.nmtp.info).
4.6. Must give written consent to the processing and disclosure of the customer received data from it in accordance with international financial reporting standards, as well as to inform the customer about any changes concerning conditions of connectedness of the parties.
4.7. In accordance with Annex No. 2, informs the customer that was familiar with the Port Regulations define related parties of the customer and provides information in accordance with the table of Annex No. 2.
