| Payment terms: | Payment under the Agreement is made in rubles by non-cash transfer by the Customer of funds to the settlement account of the Contractor on the basis of the Universal Transfer Document (hereinafter - UPD) signed by both parties and the invoice issued. The Customer's obligation to pay for the cost of work under the Agreement is considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are debited from the Customer's current account. |
