Roasting furnace 30 chamber - Industrial closed-type furnaces, buried to the full to the full height, periodic action, designed for firing pressed blanks. Furnaces consist of an even number of chambers located in close proximity to each other and connected by channels. All chambers are arranged in two parallel rows. The main element of the oven is a chamber divided into 3-6 cassettes. The chambers are lined with SHA fireclay bricks, the cassette walls are lined with shaped fireclay refractory bricks. When connected to work, the cameras are covered with removable vaults. The chamber vault is a metal frame lined with lightweight fireclay bricks or refractory fibrous materials covered with a thin layer of plaster.

7. Requirement for the performer:
7.1. Tooling according to PPR, tools and equipment necessary for carrying out the entire complex of works - provided by the Contractor.
7.2. Work in a working enterprise. The enterprise operates around the clock.
7.3. The impact of harmful factors is possible: dustiness, gas contamination, work at height.
7.4. Development of ERP, PPR and flow charts for all necessary work - no more than 10 calendar days after the announcement of the winner of the competitive procedure.
7.5. The contractor must have the necessary production and human qualified resources to carry out this work. Have a certification of a manager, engineering technician and workers in industrial safety, as well as a medical clearance.
7.6. SRO availability for these types of work.
7.7. Availability of machines and mechanisms to perform the entire range of works.
7.8. The Contractor's personnel must have and use personal protective equipment.
7.9. In case of comments to the staff on the quality of work performed, violation of technology
security, as well as violations of an administrative nature, at the request of the Customer's specialists, the Contractor is obliged to immediately replace these employees.
7.10. Work performed not of high quality should be redone at the expense of the Contractor and handed over to the Customer.
7.11. The placement of workers employed to perform this work is carried out by the Contractor. The customer, if possible, can carry out the placement of workers on a contractual basis.
7.12. Development and approval of a linear schedule for the repair of the furnace - within a period not exceeding
10 calendar days after the announcement of the winner of the competitive procedure.
8. Payment terms: monthly, within 30 (thirty) banking days after delivery
results of work, provided that the work is done properly and within the agreed time frame. The work is considered completed after the Parties have signed the Certificate of Acceptance of Work Completed (form KS-2) and the Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form KS-3).
9. Terms of work: Approximately from 01.02.2021. until 15.02.2021). The beginning of work is agreed with the Customer additionally.
10. Warranty obligations for the work performed: 24 months from the date of completion of the work.
11. Cleaning of the furnace gas duct is carried out in the operating shop. The repair schedule is agreed with the shop (CO) and the plant services (UM, EU, UA, UE).

12.6. Medical clearance of personnel.

Before the start of registration of the order - admission, all employees of the contracting organization, including managers, are required to undergo an introductory briefing at the OTPB EGOiES (with you have a document confirming your identity and age). When performing work, all employees must have certified clothing, footwear and other personal protective equipment necessary to perform this type of work.
In the event of the expiration of any document, the work permit is not granted until a new document is submitted.
13. Note:
- Removal of garbage of all categories to landfills for receiving industrial waste located outside the territory of EPM-NEZ JSC (garbage removal at a distance from 7 km to 30 km) is carried out by transport provided by the Customer, upon the preliminary request of the Contractor.
- The costs for the disposal of garbage of all categories at industrial waste disposal sites located outside the territory of EPM-NEZ JSC are at the expense of the Customer.
- Delivery of tooling according to PPR, tools and equipment necessary for the entire range of works from the Contractor's warehouses to the work site on the territory of EPM-NEZ JSC is carried out by the Contractor's transport.
