3. Scope of work:
3.1. Dismantling - inclined skip hoists of the presses with a capacity of 2200 tn and a mustache. 3150 tn - with cutting and scrapping:
3.2. Dismantling - mixer SMB 2000 with auger and press kubel with 2200 tn capacity:
3.3. Dismantling - press PO09 (us. 2200 tn):
3.4. Dismantling of two mixing machines SMB 2000 from level 3.6 - with cutting and removal to scrap metal:
3.5. Dismantling - mixer Anode 4 with a screw for feeding material to a press with a capacity of 3150 tn
3.6. Dismantling of the roller table of the press mustache. 3150 tn, with press feeders
PS: Approximate equipment weight 278.201 tonnes
4. Dismantling purpose:
Disposal of obsolete, inoperative equipment at TWS 2.
5. Payment terms: 100% upon completion of the work.
6. Requirements for the Contractor when dismantling the equipment:
6.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources for
performing this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization. Have
certification of the manager, engineers and workers in industrial safety and availability
medical clearance.
6.2. Before the start of work, the contractor develops the PPR and agrees with the customer.
6.3. Accommodation of workers engaged in the performance of dismantling, installation and commissioning
works are performed by the Contractor.
6.4. Availability of hoisting machines, transport equipment, traction devices,
devices, mechanisms, slings, ropes and necessary tools.
6.5. Electric welding, gas-cutting equipment and consumables for them
provided by the Contractor.
6.6. Performance of work with possible exposure to harmful production factors:
dustiness, gas pollution, noise.
6.7. Work in the cramped conditions of an operating enterprise (workshop). The enterprise operates around the clock.
6.8. Before issuing a work permit for the production of work, the Contractor is obliged to provide

- copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work; - copies of documents confirming the availability of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (order on appointment to a position in the
organizations, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the presence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services;
- a copy of the instruction on labor protection from the instruction log;
- POR or PPR or RTI;
- copy of the protocol of certification of workers for labor protection;
- copies of certificates of attestation of engineers and technicians for labor protection and general industrial requirements
security. When performing work on gas, on vessels operating under pressure, with
using PMG, in electrical installations, hot work - copies of certificates for each type of work; - medical clearance of personnel; - copies of certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, crane drivers, hoists (towers). For gas-electric welders, copies of the certification protocols for PTM.
In case of revealing inconsistencies of the information in the submitted documents with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the Health and Safety Service in matters of Labor Protection and Industrial Safety in the Contractor's organization.
The Contractor notifies the Customer about the fulfillment of all the specified conditions in writing with the attachment of all supporting documents. Failure to comply with the terms of this clause by the Contractor gives the Customer the right to prevent the Contractor from performing the work, the delay in the execution of the work in this case is the Contractor's fault.
7. Term of work performance:
The term of the work is agreed with the Customer - additionally.

Comments: The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, must upload the following documents to the system:
