3. Purpose of work:
3.1. Preparation of press units for transportation to EPM-NEZ JSC (St. Novocherkassk).
4. List of works performed:
4.1. Dismantling of D6248 press units (6300 tn) installed on the territory of DKG LLC (St. Chelyabinsk):
Work is carried out in a shop at a stopped production, in which there is no lighting (electricity) and lifting mechanisms. To estimate the scope of work, the Contractor must visit the place of work.
6. Requirement for the performer:
• The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work;
• Work performance under the possible impact of harmful production factors: dustiness, gas pollution, noise;
• Performing work in the cramped conditions of a stopped shop (all communications are turned off - lighting, electricity, g / p mechanisms);
• Before issuing a work permit for work, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents:
- copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
- copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in a contractor (order for appointment to a position in a contractor, a certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services;
- a copy of the instruction on labor protection from the instruction log;
- POR or PPR or RTI;
- copy of the protocol of certification of workers for labor protection;
- copies of certificates of attestation of engineers and technicians for labor protection and general industrial safety requirements;
- medical clearance of personnel.
The Contractor notifies the Customer about the fulfillment of all the specified conditions in writing with all supporting documents attached. Failure to comply with the terms of this clause by the Contractor gives the Customer the right not to allow the Contractor to perform the work, the delay in the execution of the work in this case is the Contractor's fault.
7. Terms of work performance:

9.Warranty obligations:
The contractor provides a guarantee for the safety of dismantled parts during the work.

10. Before issuing a work permit for work, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents:

When performing work on gas, on vessels operating under pressure, using PMG, in electrical installations, during hot work - copies of certificates for each type of work;
- medical clearance of personnel;
- copies of certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, crane drivers, hoists (towers). For gas-electric welders, copies of the certification protocols for PTM.
In case of revealing inconsistencies of the information in the submitted documents with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the Health and Safety Service in matters of Labor Protection and Industrial Safety in the Contractor's organization.
