Currency and cost of the bid
1. The Participant's price offer is indicated in rubles.
2. The quotation must include:
- the cost of performing all work in accordance with the developed maintenance regulations;
- costs of consumables;
in strict accordance with the terms of reference and taking into account the obligations of the Bidder described in this tender task.
3. All duties, taxes, VAT and other fees that the Participant pays in connection with the performance of the contract or on other grounds are included in the rates, prices and total cost of the Participant's bid.
Delivery terms:
Carrying out work on the monthly maintenance of engineering systems (hereinafter TO) of the building of the medical center, located at the address: Russia, Perm, st. Bauman, 15, building 6.
a. Organization of trouble-free work, maintaining the equipment in good technical condition and ensuring the required performance.
2. Initial data
The Facility provides engineering equipment in the following areas:
- Power supply systems of the facility;
- General exchange and technological ventilation systems of the building;
- Cooling system;
- Building air conditioning systems;
- Heating and heat supply systems of the facility;
- Facility water supply system;
- Drainage and sewerage system;
- Facility security systems.
The list and marking of the equipment manufacturer are summarized in tab. one
3. List of works
a. Develop and agree with the Customer maintenance regulations.
b. Develop and agree with the Customer a work schedule.
c. To develop and agree with the Customer a technology for the production of works.
d. Develop and agree with the Customer an algorithm for responding to emergency requests.
e. Develop and agree with the Customer the form of the Certificate of Completion of Work and provide monthly submission after the work.
f. Provide certificates and passports for the equipment and materials used.
g. When carrying out work, ensure the presence of persons responsible for the safe conduct of work at the facility (Appendix 4, clause 1.9.).
4. Requirements for work
a. One working day before the start of work, draw up, submit and agree with the Customer a list of the Contractor's personnel admitted to the work, confirm the qualifications and availability of the necessary personnel permissions, appoint a responsible work manager.
b. Before starting work, provide personnel for the Customer to conduct an introductory safety briefing at the facility. The Contractor is responsible for observing safety precautions during the performance of work.
c. Observe the rules in force on the site.
d. Keep the place of storage, passage and introduction / removal of material on the territory in a clean condition, prevent the appearance of traces and scattering / storage of garbage.
e. Delivery of materials and equipment, garbage disposal is agreed on working days of the Management Company from 09:00 to 18:00.
f. Carry out cleaning at the place of work, during and after work.
g. The time of work at the Facility is from 8:00 to 17:00 on weekdays.
