3. Title of works:
3.1. Manufacturing, installing and strapping the furnace according to
with project: Drawing No. NS13963; Drawing No. ST13963; Drawing No. TH13963; Drawing No. TS010.13963.
PS: The works are made entirely of the Artist's materials 4. The purpose of the works:
Involvement in the production of pelleted pecs in the territory of storehouse No. 3 in SPC-2.
5. Documentation:

5.3 Drawing No. TH13963;
5.4 Drawing #TS010.13963.
6. Performer Requirement:
• The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out the job.
• Work under possible exposure to harmful production factors: dust, gas, noise;
• Work in the tight conditions of the working workshop;
• Prior to issuing a work permit, the Contractor must provide the Customer with the following documents:
- copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
- copies of documents confirming that the contractor has an occupational health service and/or occupational safety specialist (appointment order in the contracting organization, certificate occupational safety specialist) or having a contract with an accredited organization in the field of occupational safety services;
- a copy of the occupational health briefing from the Instructions Journal
- ERP or PPR or RTI;
- a copy of the workers' certification report on occupational safety;
- Copies of ITR certification certificates for occupational health and general industrial safety requirements;
- medical clearance of staff.
The Contractor shall notify the Customer in writing of all these conditions, with all supporting documents attached. The Contractor's failure to comply with the conditions of this paragraph entitles the Customer to prevent the Contractor from carrying out the work, the failure to perform the work in such case is the Contractor's fault.
7. Deadlines:

10. Executor Requirements:

- copies of ITR certification certificates for occupational health and general industrial safety requirements. When performing gas work, pressure receptacles using GPM, electrical installations, fire works — copies of certificates for each type of work;
- medical clearance of staff;
- copies of the certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, cranes, hoists (towers). For gas-electric welders, copies of PTM certification reports.
