Comments: PJSC VimpelCom invites the company to participate in the competition for the production and installation of signage for Beeline sales office in Kyiv. Naryan-Mar.
To participate in the event, the supplier must:
1. Fill in the Participant Questionnaire by submitting in PDF and Word format (scanned with signature)
2. Read the Privacy Statement and indicate your consent to it in the body of the letter.
3. Fill out the Excel template FinAnaliz_rating 1, providing in Excel format with scanned copies of balance sheets certified by the company seal, and profit and loss statements for the analyzed period, certified by the seal of the company. The annual statements for the last two periods, as well as the statements for the last quarter/half year, in case the company submits such statements are obligatory. If the company does not submit the quartal/semi-annual statements, please confirm it in the text of the letter. In case the participant belongs to the holding, the consolidated statements of the holding are provided.
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
M-bM-^HM-^Y The participant should ensure that every scanned document is easily readable; $
M-bM-^HM-^Y Each scanned document should be saved in a separate file, a single page document being saved in a separate file and a document containing several pages and annexes, $ should also be grouped into a single file;
M-bM-^HM-^Y Each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.$
