4. The content of the work
4.1 To make a new stearin flow tank according to the projects "NS(TC.011).13066.01 Stearin flow tank", "EL 001.13952 SEC site No.2. A consumable tank for stearin. Electric heating", from the contractor's material.
4.2 Perform work on dismantling the existing tank.
4.3 Perform electrical installation work on electric heating of a section of stearin pipeline with a length of 3 meters.
4.4 Perform electrical installation work on electric heating of the stearin fuel tank according to the project "EL 001.13952 SEC site No.2. A consumable tank for stearin. Electric heating" to improve the operation of the pressing equipment in the SEC site No. 2, from the material of the contracting organization.
4.5 Perform commissioning.
4.6 Lifting mechanisms for dismantling and installation, equipment, tools, mechanisms for loading and unloading are provided by the Contractor.
4.7 Vehicles for the removal of garbage, scrap metal or other waste are provided by the Contractor.
4.8 Electric welding, gas cutting equipment, consumables for them are provided by the Contractor.
5. Requirements for the Contractor
5.1. The Contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to perform this work.
5.2. The Contractor in his commercial offer specifies the order of payment for the work and other conditions.
5.3. Certification of the head, ITR and performers on industrial safety and labor protection at the OPO according to Appendix No. 1.
5.4. Ensuring measures of OT and PB, safe methods of work at the facility.
5.5. After completion of the work, the contractor submits to the customer the executive documentation and other regulatory documents. Employees involved in the performance of work must have professional training corresponding to the nature of the performance of work with a mark in a special certificate of completion of training and passing exams in attestation commissions.
5.6. The Contractor must arrive at JSC "EPM – NEZ" to get acquainted with the scope of work.
6. Work safety
When performing work, the contractor must comply with the requirements of the following rules:
- rules on labor protection during the operation of electrical installations;
- rules of technical operation of electrical installations of consumers;
- safety rules for hazardous production facilities where
lifting facilities are used;
- rules for the installation of electrical installations;
- rules of fire protection regime in the Russian Federation;
- rules for maintenance of relay protection devices and electrical automation of electrical networks 0,4-35 kV RD 153-34.3-35.613-00;
- rules on labor protection when working at height.
- rules of environmental, sanitary and hygienic and other norms in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and to ensure safe working conditions for the life and health of people.
For the production of works, the contractor must undergo an introductory briefing. All work performed on the territory of JSC "EPM-NEZ" must be carried out in accordance with the regulations "On the application of work permits in the production of high-risk work at JSC "EPM-NEZ".
Comments: The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obliged to upload the following documents to the system:
