Обоснование: Заявка от ООО ПКФ "Волгоремэнерго" не соответствует требованиям котировочной документации, так как у участника отсутствует компенсационный фонд обеспечения договорных обязательств. В связи с тем, что требованиям котировочной документации соответствует заявка одного участника, принято решение признать открытый запрос котировок в электронной форме несостоявшимся и заключить договор с единственным допущенным участником размещения заказа – ООО "ВСТ-Реконструкция"
