2. Purpose of work
Overhaul of the furnace oil transformer with voltage regulation under load of the ЭОЦН 14000/35 kVA designed for operation at EPM-NEZ JSC from the material of the contracting organization, hereinafter referred to as the transformer EOTsN 14000/35 kVA, logistics for the delivery of the transformer from the site of EPM- NEZ "to the repair site of the contractor and vice versa is performed by the Contractor.
3. Deadline
Start of work September 25, 2019
The completion of work is December 01, 2019.
4. Content of work on overhaul
4.1. Overhaul of the transformer EOTsN 14000/35 kVA is carried out in the amount of defective statements from the material of the Contractor.
4.2. Mechanisms, equipment, tools for dismantling, repairing and installing transformer equipment are provided by the Contractor.
4.3. Motor vehicles for garbage, scrap metal or other waste removal are provided by the Contractor.
4.5. Electric welding, gas cutting equipment, consumables are provided by the Contractor.
4.6. The transformer is moved from the installation site to the place of repair work (logistics) by the Contractor.

6. Requirements for the Contractor
5.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to perform this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
5.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, it is desirable that the representatives of the Contractor arrive at the Customer.
5.3. The contractor in his proposal indicates the payment procedure and other conditions.
5.4. Certification of the head, engineering and industrial and occupational safety and health at OSE in accordance with Appendix No. 1.
5.5. Provision of health and safety measures, safe methods of production work at the facility.
5.6. After completion of work, the contractor transfers to the customer the executive documentation in accordance with RD-11-02-2006 of 12.26.06. and other regulatory documents, test reports according to the list:

1. Measurement of insulation resistance of transformer windings.
2. Measurement of insulation resistance of accessible tie rods, bandages, half-bandages with a jerk and pressing rings with respect to active steel and yoke beams.
3. Insulation test of accessible tie rods, bandages, half-bandages with a jerk and pressing rings with respect to active steel and yoke beams.
4. Measurement of resistance of windings to direct current, at all positions of transformer voltage regulation devices.
5. Checking the transformation ratio, at all positions of the transformer voltage regulation devices.
6. Measurement of transformer idle losses.
7. Transformer tank test for density.
8. Check and test gas relay.
9. Test transformer oil before putting the transformer into operation.
10. Check insulation resistance of built-in current transformers.
11. Testing built-in current transformers.
12. Determination of polarity of the terminals of the built-in current transformers.
13. Magnetization of built-in current transformers.
5.7. Guaranteeing at least 12 months.
Employees involved in the overhaul of the 14000/35 kVA EETsN transformer must have professional training corresponding to the nature of the work with a mark in the special certificate of training and exams in the certification commissions.
14. Work safety
When carrying out capital repairs of the transformer EOTsN 14000/35 kVA, the contractor must comply with the following rules:
- labor protection rules for the operation of electrical installations;
- rules for the technical operation of electrical installations of consumers;
- safety rules for hazardous production facilities that use lifting facilities;
- rules of electrical installations;
- fire regulations in the Russian Federation;
- labor protection rules when working at height;
- the rules of environmental, sanitary-hygienic and other norms in force in the territory of the Russian Federation and to ensure safe working conditions for human life and health.
To perform the work, the contractor must undergo an introductory briefing. All work performed on the territory of EPM-NEZ JSC must be carried out in accordance with the provision "On the use of tolerance orders in the work of increased danger at EPM-NEZ JSC".
Comments: The participant who participated in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obligated to upload the following documents to the system:
1. Articles of Association (with all the amendments, if any).
2. Certificate of the state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from USRLE.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
