3. Brief description and design results:
Project: a transport vehicle (traction device) is used for loading and unloading electrode blanks into an autoclave. At present, the maximum carrying capacity of the transport vehicle (traction device) is 50 tons. Purpose of modernization: increasing the carrying capacity of the transport vehicle (traction device) from 50 tons. up to 70tn.
4. Purpose of modernization:
To increase the lifting capacity of the traction device from 50 tons. up to 70tn.
5. Design assignment:
Selection of modern hydraulic equipment, hydraulic cylinders. Calculate the strengthening of the load on the metal structures of the existing installation after modernization. If necessary, change the design of the frame of the transporting machine (traction device) for the installation of modern hydraulic equipment.
6. Documentation for operating equipment (traction device):
All documentation for operating equipment (traction device) is provided only on the territory of the Customer.
7. Design time:
The design period is 60 days from the date of signing the Agreement.
8. Payment terms:
100% upon delivery of the Documentation (project) to the Customer.

Comments: The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, must upload the following documents to the system:
1. Articles of Association (with all the amendments, if any).
2. Certificate of the state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from USRLE.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the powers of the person authorized to sign the documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.

10. Before issuing a work permit for work, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents:
- copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
- copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (order for appointment to a position in the contractor, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services;
- a copy of the instruction on labor protection from the instruction log;
- POR or PPR or RTI;
- copy of the protocol of certification of workers on labor protection;
- copies of certificates of attestation of engineers and technicians for labor protection and general industrial safety requirements. When performing work on gas, on vessels operating under pressure, using PMG, in electrical installations, during hot work - copies of certificates for each type of work;
- medical clearance of personnel;
- copies of certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, crane drivers, hoists (towers). For gas-electric welders, copies of the certification protocols for PTM.
In case of revealing inconsistencies of the information in the submitted documents with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the H&S service in matters of Labor Protection and Industrial Safety in the Contractor's organization.
