Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The customer makes a payment under this Agreement in two stages: Stage I:
Within five (5) business days from the date of this Agreement, based on the account received from the Contractor performs cost of 30% (thirty percent) of the total amount hereof that is ______ (___________) RUB _____ cents, in Vol. h. 20% VAT. Stage II:
Within 5 (five) working days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of acceptance of work performed, the information on the cost of the work performed and costs (Form CS-2 and CS-3), and of the invoice issued in accordance with the Russian legislation based on the account received from the contractor, the customer performs final settlement in razmere70% (seventy percent) of the total amount hereof that is _______ (_______) rubles ____ cents, including 20% VAT.
