3.1.1) Pressing plunger (Ф1300 mm; L = 5200 mm; Weight = 33 tn) -1pc;
3.1.2) Main plunger (ф = 1500mm; L = 5200mm; Weight = 47.3 tons) -1pc;
3.1.3) Auxiliary plungers (Ø400 mm; L = 5020mm; Weight of one = 4.9 tons) - 2 pcs;
4) Reverse plunger (f = 220mm; L = 4500mm; Weight of one = 1.29 tn) - 2 pcs,
PS: Measure up to tenths at four points of four planes - on each of the above parts.

4. Purpose of work:
4.1. Preparation of press units for transportation to EPM-NEZ JSC (St. Novocherkassk).

6. Requirement for the performer:
• The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work;
• Work performance under the possible impact of harmful production factors: dustiness, gas pollution, noise;
• Work in the cramped conditions of a stopped shop (all communications are turned off - lighting, electricity). There is a valid email address at the parts measurement site. bridge crane Q = 5 tons.
• In the offer, the Contractor is obliged to indicate the method of measuring parts.
7. Terms of work performance:

The contractor provides a guarantee for the safety of dismantled parts during the work.

10. Before issuing a work permit for work, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents:
- copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
- copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in a contractor (order for appointment to a position in a contractor, a certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services;
- a copy of the instruction on labor protection from the instruction log;
- POR or PPR or RTI;
- copy of the protocol of certification of workers on labor protection;
- copies of certificates of attestation of engineers and technicians for labor protection and general industrial safety requirements. When performing work on gas, on vessels operating under pressure, using PMG, in electrical installations, during hot work - copies of certificates for each type of work;
- medical clearance of personnel;
- copies of certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, crane drivers, hoists (towers). For gas-electric welders, copies of the certification protocols for PTM.
In case of revealing inconsistencies of the information in the submitted documents with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the H&S service in matters of Labor Protection and Industrial Safety in the Contractor's organization.
