The validity period of the commercial offer must be at least 60 days from the end date of the procedure on the B2B platform.

JSC "Mondi SLPK" reserves the right to change the deadline for the collection of technical and commercial proposals, cancel the collection of technical and commercial proposals, refuse all proposals, while applicants are not entitled to claim compensation for direct or indirect damages.
The decision on the choice of a counterparty for this request or on the rejection of all received bids will be made after consideration of the submitted proposals.
