Comments:
To participate in the procurement procedure, the following documents must be supported:
1. Commercial proposal on the letterhead of the organization indicating the following information:
- cost in rubles excluding VAT;
- deadline in calendar days;
- warranty period for work performed;
- terms of payment (indicating the term for deferred payment in calendar days);
- acceptable amount of penalties (% for a full week of delay in the performance of work)
2. Reference list for similar projects.
3. The balance sheet for the last 2 calendar years.
