Payment terms:При условии получения денежных средств от Минобороны России в рамках государственного контракта, Заказчик производит авансирование Исполнителя в размере 50 % годовой суммы договора в течении 20 (двадцати) банковских дней, после заключения договора, при наличии у исполнителя заключенного с уполномоченным банком договора о банковском сопровождении и открытого в соответствии с Федеральным законом «О государственном оборонном заказе» в уполномоченном банке отдельного счета. Окончательный расчет по годам – в течении 30 (тридцати) банковских дней, после поступления товара (последней партии товара), выполнения работ, оказания услуг, при условии поступления окончательного расчета от МО РФ.
Delivery terms:Место выполнения работ: На территории Исполнителя.
Сроки (периоды) выполнения работ: 5 000 кг до 31.10.2017г.; 5 000 кг. До 31.10.2018г.
Условия выполнения работ: В соответствии с техническим заданием (п. 2.11 настоящей закупочной документации).
