Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The cost of the rendered Services is indicated on a monthly basis in the invoice for payment issued by the Contractor to the Customer and in the intermediate Certificate of Services Rendered, which are formed on the basis of data on the services rendered recorded in the electronic task accounting system - JIRA. The Customer makes payment for the Services by cashless transfer of funds to the account of the Contractor, within 10 (ten) days from the date of signing the interim Act of the services rendered.
The reporting period for issuing invoices for payment and interim Acts of services rendered is a calendar month.
Delivery terms:Reporting materials:
a. The set of reporting materials should include the following documents:
i. Consulting service report. The report must include an exhaustive amount of information about the type, volume, cost, essence of the Services provided by the Contractor, and also include all prepared documents / materials / other as part of the provision of the Services.
b. Reporting documentation is carried out in 2 (two) copies on paper and electronic media in a text editor MS Word.
i. All documents must be issued in Russian.
ii. The reporting documentation provided by the Contractor must comply with the provisions of this Terms of Reference and the terms of the contract.

The list and scope of Services, terms and frequency of their provision, cost, payment procedure and other conditions are determined in the Orders.
