Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment for Subscriber services is made in the amount of 100% of the invoice amount upon the provision of services within 5 banking days from the date of signing the FRTD.
Payment for One-time services is made in the amount of 100% of the invoice amount upon the provision of services within 5 banking days from the date of signing the FRTD.
Settlements under the Agreement are made in rubles by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor. The fact confirming the payment is the crediting of funds to the correspondent account of the Contractor's bank.
Delivery terms:Reporting materials:
The set of reporting materials should include the following documents:
§ Report on the provision of methodological and consulting services. The report must include an exhaustive amount of information about the type, volume, cost, essence of the Services provided by the Contractor, and also include all prepared documents / materials / other as part of the provision of the Services.
Reporting documentation is carried out in 2 (two) copies on paper and electronic media in a text editor MS Word.
§ All documents must be issued in Russian.
§ The reporting documentation provided by the Contractor must comply with the provisions of this Terms of Reference and the terms of the contract.

The Agreement comes into force from the moment of its signing by the Parties and is valid until August 30, 2021.
