Implementation of the project EL 002.13695 TsPOiP Re-firing area.
Lighting of the operator's station and locksmith's workshop, to improve the level of illumination of workplaces.
3. Deadline
Start of work on May 15, 2021
Completion of work June 30, 2021
4. The content of work on the implementation of the project.
4.1. Work on lighting the operator's station and the locksmith's workshop of the TsPO-IP. The section for re-firing is carried out according to the project EL 002.13695, from the material of the contractor. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, it is desirable that the representatives of the Contractor arrive at the Customer.
4.2. Lifting mechanisms for dismantling and installation, equipment, tools, mechanisms for loading and unloading are provided by the Executor.
4.3. Cars for removal of garbage, scrap metal or other waste are provided by the Contractor.
4.4. Electric welding, gas-cutting equipment, consumables for them are provided by the Contractor.
5. Requirements for the Contractor
5.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work.
5.2. The contractor in his commercial offer indicates the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
5.3. Certification of the head, engineering technician and executors for industrial safety and labor protection at HIFs in accordance with Appendix No. 1.
5.4. Provision of health and safety measures, safe methods of work at the facility.
5.5. After the completion of the work, the contractor hands over to the customer the executive
documentation according to RD-11-02-2006 dated 26.12.06. and other regulatory documents.
5.7. Provision of warranty obligations for at least 24 months.
Employees involved in the performance of work must have professional training corresponding to the nature of the work with a mark in a special certificate of training and passing examinations in certification commissions.
6. Work safety
During the performance of work on the lighting of the operator's station and the locksmith's workshop of the Central Industrial Engineering and Production Department, the Section for re-firing, carried out according to the project EL 002.13695, the contractor must comply with the requirements of the following rules:
- rules for labor protection during the operation of electrical installations;
- rules for the technical operation of electrical installations of consumers;
- safety rules for hazardous production facilities where lifting structures are used;
- electrical installation rules;
- fire safety rules;
- rules for labor protection when working at height Order of the Ministry of Labor of Russia dated November 16, 2020 N 782n "On approval of the rules for labor protection when working at height."
- rules of environmental, sanitary and hygienic and other norms in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and ensure safe working conditions for the life and health of people.
For the performance of work, the contractor must undergo an introductory briefing. All work performed on the territory of EPM-NEZ JSC must be carried out in accordance with the regulation "On the application of permit orders when performing work of increased danger at EPM-NEZ JSC."
Comments: The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, must upload the following documents to the system:
1. Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Tax registration certificate.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the tax authority's mark of acceptance.

10. Requirements for the performer:

- Development by the contractor of PPR, PPRK, RTI.
- Availability of attestation of the head, engineering technician, industrial safety workers at the HIF.
- Availability of medical clearance of personnel to work at HIF.
—Before issuing a work permit for work, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents: copies of documents confirming the availability of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (order for appointment to a position in the contractor, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services.
