Mandatory conditions for participation in the tender:
The contractor must provide:
• Bid for participation (Appendix 1);
• questionnaire (company card) of the Bidder;
• reference list for similar types of work;
• copies of the boom. balance sheet and income statement for the last 3 years;
• confirm the availability of a "Certificate of Conformity" for the performance of these types of work;
• confirm the contractor's work experience in the production of ongoing repairs of diesel locomotives of the TEM-2 series, at least 5 years;
