11. Purpose of work
Planned inspection of Relay protection devices (hereinafter referred to as Rzia) of outgoing lines, inlets, sectional oil breakers 10 kv and furnace Transformers 35 kv. High-voltage testing of cable lines of outgoing feeders. Works performed according to
RD 153-34.3-35.613-00.
12. Term of work performance
Commencement of works on April 01, 2019
Completion of works on November 30, 2019
Distribution devices of power supply JSC "EPM-nez" have a constant mode of operation. The possibility of disconnecting the outgoing lines, induction, sectional switches and furnace transformers is agreed with the customer the day before the work, to prepare the work place and transfer the load.
In case of failure of the 10 KV waste cable line as a result of high-voltage tests, the preparation and transfer of the load will be impossible during the repair of the cable line and restoration of the normal power supply circuit.
13. Maintenance of repair works
13.1. To check the current relays of the instantaneous action cutoff and the maximum current protection with independent time exposure; Measurement of insulation resistance by megomometer of operational, current circuits, signaling and voltage circuits; To check the transformation coefficient and to remove the curve of magnetizing current transformers; Check of intermediate, index relays; Time relay check; To measure the transient resistance and the own time of the oil or air switch; Measurement of the voltage of the elements of oil or air switch; Perform a primary current protection check.
13.2. To measure the insulation resistance of the windings of voltage transformers; Measurement of the transformation coefficient of voltage transformers; Check relay voltage, intermediate and index relays.
13.3. To test the insulation of power cable lines with elevated DC voltage.
13.4. In addition to these tests and measurements on the furnace Transformers PA-8 to inspect additional circuits of protection and blocking of the RPN, circuits of protection and blocking of BSK, fire protection of transformers, Chains of Locks "Ladder 1" and "Ladder 2", circuits Blocks of "RZ trolls", verification of gas relays of Transformers eocn14000/35, protection "overload T-1, T-2", defense "pressure in the RPn", Smoke and vibratory protection of furnace transformers PA-8. 13.5. On the basis of a complex of preventive restoration measures and inspections of the devices of the Rfor provide verification protocols of Rzia, protocols of high-voltage tests of cable lines and defective statements on the revealed remarks.
13.6. The Protocols of inspections and tests provide technical reports for each
RU-10 KV and PA-8, separately.

6 Requirements to the executor

5.7 The executor should arrive at JSC "EPM-nez" for acquaintance with the volumes of works.
7 Safety of production works
The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the following rules in the production of the Rzia inspection:

- Rules of ecological, sanitary-hygienic and other norms operating in the territory of the Russian Federation and to provide safe working conditions for life and health of people.
For the production of works the contractor must undergo an introductory briefing. All works performed in the territory of JSC "EPM-Naz" should be carried out according to the provision "on the application of tolerances for the production of high-risk works at the JSC" EPM-Naz "
