Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the applicant's APPLICATION and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the terms of the service), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization - participant of this procedure on the letterhead of his organization. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. To provide on request for proposals:

- Partner card;
- Commercial offer
- TIN certificate;
- Boo balance;
- VAT declaration
- Information about the technical equipment of the company.

ALL DOCUMENTS UPLOADED MUST BE NAME IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONTENT
