Dear Partners!

A set of participants in a long-list tender for the choice of a contracting organization to provide services for maintenance and emergency repair work at the base stations in Yaroslavl and Ivanovo oblasts for the Benefit of LLC "Т2 Mobile" was announced, Brand Tele2.

In case of interest, attach the following documents to the application:
1. Non-disclosure of confidential Information agreement (NDA); printing, signing
2. The questionnaire of the counterparty (seal, signature) + statutory and other documents on the list in the attachment;
3. Consent to the processing of personal data (signature) and credit history (seal, signature)
4. Contractor's Handbook (Exel)

The technical task with indication of the forecast volume of works within the project will be sent to the companies that provided a scanned copy of the signed NDA (confidentiality agreement)

This notice is of an informational nature and is not an offer to conclude a contract as defined in art. 435-437 part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The qualification selection is also not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure of RFI request is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 part II of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure of the RFI request does not impose on Tele2 the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
Tele2 assumes no obligation to conclude any contracts with the organizations company the above-mentioned package of documents.
A potential counterparty that provides a qualifying package of documents Tele2 in accordance with this notice shall be responsible for the payment of any costs of preparing the package of documents.
