Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

2. The Contractor company must be registered and have its office in Moscow or Moscow region
3. A prerequisite:
- The contractor must be a member of a self-regulating organization (Confirmed by an extract from the register of SRO members in the form approved by Rostechnadzor Order No. 86 dated 03/04/2019). Provide a supporting document;
- The contractor must have at least 10 IT in the company's staffing table (Engineering and Technical worker). Provide a supporting document;
- The contractor must have in the staffing table of its employees included in the register of specialists NOSTROY (LDC - National Association of Builders). Provide a supporting document.
