Обоснование: Признать открытый запрос котировок несостоявшимся и заключить договор с ООО «ВОЛГАСПЕЦСРОЙ», который подал заявку на участие в открытом запросе котировок и был признан участником открытого запроса котировок, на условиях котировочной документации, проекта договора и заявки, поданной участником, в соответствии с п.2.28 «Положение о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для нужд АО "АПТС"».
