4. Purpose of the works:
4.1. Replacement of worn elements of the crane way of the gantry crane reg. №39186/P.
5. The content of the works:
5.1. Replacement of semi sleepers IA GOST78-65 (according to RP. To 39 186.00.00) in the quantity of 86 pcs.
PS: When repairing the crane way to replace the components - according to
drawing (Lining GOST7056-75 — 86 pcs; Crutch GOST 5812-75 — 256 pcs.; Lining GOST 8193-73 - 5 pcs.; Sand gravel mixture, etc.).
Works to be produced from materials and components of the Contractor.
5.2. To replace the section of the worn rail P65 GOST7174-75 for new - 30 m.

7. Requirement to the executor:
• The perpetrator must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out the work
• Production of works with possible exposure to harmful production factors: dustiness, gas-iness, noise
• Production of works in the tight conditions of the operating enterprise (shop),
operating mode of the enterprise round-the-clock
• Prior to the registration of the permit for the production of works, the Contractor shall provide the following documents to the Customer:
- copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
- copies of documents confirming the existence of a labor protection service and/or a labor protection specialist in the contracting organization (order for appointment to a position in the contracting organization, certificate occupational protection specialist) or the existence of a contract with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services;
- copy of the labor protection briefing from the briefing journal;
- ERP or PPP or RTI; $
- copy of the report of certification of workers on labor protection;
- copies of ITR certification certificates for occupational health and general industrial safety requirements.

The Contractor shall notify the Customer in writing with all the supporting documents attached to all these conditions. Failure to comply with the conditions of this paragraph by the Contractor gives the right to the Customer not to allow the Contractor to perform the work, the delay in the execution of the work in such case is the fault of the Contractor.

Prior to the registration of the permit for the production of works, the Contractor shall provide the following documents to the Customer:

In case of identification of discrepancies in the submitted documents to the requirements of normative legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the service of OT and PB in the matters of Occupational Safety and Security Industrial safety in the Contractor's organization.
The Contractor shall notify the Customer in writing with all the supporting documents attached to all these conditions. Failure to comply with the conditions of this paragraph by the Contractor gives the right to the Customer not to allow the Contractor to perform the work, the delay in the execution of the work in such case is the fault of the Contractor.
