The total bid price must cover all obligations of the Bidder to meet the requirements contained in the bidding documentation, including the cost of spare parts and consumables, delivery services, travel expenses, etc.
Delivery terms:March, April, October 2024.
Delivery of ALSN safety devices for inspection and return of devices to the Customer - at the Contractor's expense.
For the period of checking the ALSN safety devices, provide replacement units.

Requirements to the contractor according to the terms of service:
experience of the contractor for the production of ongoing repairs of diesel locomotives of the TEM-2 series for at least 5 years;
The contractor guarantees that the quality of the work performed meets the requirements of state standards and technical specifications established in the Russian Federation and the requirements of the Customer;
 confirm the availability of a "Certificate of Conformity" for the performance of these types of work;
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
