2. Purpose of work

Repair of general industrial and crane electric motors from the material of the contractor.

3. Deadline

Beginning of work January 10, 2020
Completion of work July 15, 2020.

4. The contents of the repair of electric motors

Repair of electric motors should be carried out in the scope of the defective statement drawn up on the eve of the repair jointly by the representatives of the Contractor and the Customer. Equipment for repair and from repair is delivered by the Contractor.

5. Operating conditions for electric motors of electric bridge cranes

- vibration up to 80dB.
- MPC of dust in air 6 mlg / m3;
- operating temperature -10 ° ÷ 80 ° C.
The insulation of the windings of crane motors must be at least class H.

6. In your commercial proposal it is necessary to indicate the cost of repair, the repair period and the warranty period for each electric motor and delivery methods before and after repair (the cost of these services). And:
1. Option total cost of repair with 100% return of a used winding dismantled from the motors to be repaired provided that it is replaced
2. We ask you in your offer to provide a fixed price without VAT and with VAT for the entire period of work. The selection of winners will be made when considering proposals for positional.

7. Scope of repair of electric motors

Lot of electric motors will be transferred to the contractor’s enterprise at the end of the month for the next month. The number of electric motors for repair will be planned by the Customer every month based on the need.

The participant who participated in the procedure (made a proposal), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obligated to upload the following documents to the system:
1. Articles of Association (with all the amendments, if any).
2. Certificate of the state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from USRLE.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the powers of the person authorized to sign the documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
