2. Purpose of the work Repair of the electric bridge crane No. 4 of the central heating (section No. 2) Inv. No. 6392, registration No. 4674 Q = 5t from the material of the contractor.
3. Deadline
Start of work on October 15, 2020.
Completion of work on February 15, 2021.
The electric bridge crane will be taken out for repairs according to an individual schedule drawn up in advance of the start of the repair and agreed with the head of the production department, the head of the technological department, the contractor and the approved technical director of EPM-NEZ JSC.
4. Maintenance of repair work
4.1. Repair of an electric bridge crane is carried out in the amount of a defect list from the material of the contractor.
4.2. Lifting mechanisms for dismantling and installation, equipment, tools,
mechanisms for loading and unloading operations are provided by the Contractor.
4.3. Vehicles for the removal of garbage, scrap metal or other waste are provided by
Executor.
4.5. Electric welding, gas-cutting equipment, consumables for them are provided by the contractor.
5Requirements for the Contractor
5.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources
to do this job.
5.3. The contractor in his commercial offer indicates the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
5.4. Certification of the head, engineering technician and executors for industrial safety and
labor protection at HIFs in accordance with Appendix No. 1.
5.5. Provision of health and safety measures, safe work methods at the facility.
5.6. After the completion of the work, the contractor hands over the executive
documentation according to RD-11-02-2006 dated 26.12.06. and other regulatory documents.
5.7. Provision of warranty obligations for at least 12 months.
Employees involved in the repair of electric overhead cranes must have professional training corresponding to the nature of the work with a mark in a special certificate of completion of training and passing exams at certification commissions.
5.7. The contractor must arrive at EPM - NEZ JSC to get acquainted with the scope of work.
6 Work safety
When carrying out work on the repair of electric overhead cranes, the contractor must comply with the requirements of the following rules:
- labor protection rules during the operation of electrical installations;
- rules for the technical operation of electrical installations of consumers;
- safety rules for hazardous production facilities where
lifting structures are used;
- electrical installation rules;
- fire safety rules;
- rules for labor protection when working at height POT RM-012-200;
- rules of environmental, sanitary and hygienic and other norms in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and to ensure safe working conditions for the life and health of people.
To carry out the work, the contractor must undergo an introductory briefing. All work performed on the territory of EPM-NEZ JSC must be carried out in accordance with the regulation "On the use of permit work orders in the performance of high-risk work at EPM-NEZ JSC.
Comments: Participant who has submitted a bid before bids submission deadline shall upload the following documents:
1. Articles of Association (with all the amendments, if any).
2. Certificate of the state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from USRLE.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
