4.1 Restoration of geometric parameters of the main cylinder press PO 22 (force 1600 tons) - in accordance with drawing №RM 043234SB.

6. Requirement to the performer:
• The executor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out the work;
• Production of works with possible exposure to harmful production factors: dust, gas content, noise;
• Production of works in the cramped conditions of the operating shop (there are g/n mechanisms);
• Prior to the issuance of a work permit, the Contractor shall provide the following documents to the Customer:
- a copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
- copies of documents confirming the presence in the contracting organization of labor protection service and/or labor protection specialist (order on appointment to a position in a contracting organization, certificate specialist of labor protection) or the existence of a contract with an accredited organization in the field of provision of labor protection services;
- a copy of the training on labor protection from the briefing journal;
- ERP or PPR or RTI;
- a copy of the protocol of certification of workers on labor protection;
- copies of certificates of certification of labor protection and general requirements of industrial safety;
- medical admission of personnel.
The Contractor shall notify the Customer in writing with the appendix of all supporting documents on the fulfillment of all these conditions. Failure to comply with the terms of this paragraph by the Contractor entitles the Customer to prevent the Contractor from performing the work, the delay in performance of work in this case is the fault of the Contractor.
7. Timing of work:

8.Payment terms:
The executor of the works indicates in his commercial proposal.
9. Warranty obligations:
The Contractor provides the Customer with a guarantee for the work performed
at least — 12 months from the date of commissioning of the equipment.

10. Prior to the issuance of a work permit, the Contractor shall provide the following documents to the Customer:

- copies of certificates of certification of labor protection and general requirements of industrial safety. When performing gas work, on pressure vessels, using GPM, in electrical installations, fire works - copies of certificates for each type of work;

- copies of certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, crane machinists, hoists (towers). For gas-electric welders, copies of PTM certification protocols.
In case of identification of inconsistencies in the submitted documents to the requirements of normative legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the service of OT and the PB in matters of Occupational Safety and Safety Industrial safety in the organization of the Contractor.
