5. Brief technical description:
The repaired plunger rests on a bronze support sleeve and a bronze pressure sleeve, where there is a chevron seal between them.
6. List and scope of works to restore the surface of the plunger.
6.1 According to drawing 02012 A plunger is made of ST45, the surface of the plunger is fused with stainless steel. The thickness of the fused layer is 6 mm per side. Currently, the diameter of the plunger is 792 mm. It is necessary to make a piercing to a diameter of 788, and then surfacing with stainless steel.
6.2 Produce the plunger flutching up to 800 diameter with the approachments according to drawing 02012A and surface purity not lower than class 7.
7. Supply of materials, equipment, tools to perform this work.
7.1. Materials, equipment and components are supplied by the Contractor.
7.2 Delivery of the extruding plunger for repair to the contractor and the removal of the repaired is carried out by agreement.
8. TCH requirement:
The Contractor in his commercial offer specifies the terms of execution, cost, payment options and other conditions.
9. Acceptance of the Product is made on the territory of the Contractor with the signing of the Acceptance Act.
10. The Contractor provides the Customer with a guarantee for the product at least — 12 months from the date of commissioning.
11. Requirements to the Contractor
11.1. The executor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out the work
11.2. After the completion of the work, the contractor transfers to the customer all certificates for the applied materials during the repair of the product.
11.3. The Contractor provides a guarantee for the products made by him for at least 12 months.
11.4. Employees engaged to perform work must have training appropriate to the nature of the work.

10. Prior to the issuance of a work permit, the Contractor shall provide the following documents to the Customer:
- a copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
- copies of documents confirming the presence in the contracting organization of labor protection service and/or labor protection specialist (order on appointment to a position in a contracting organization, certificate specialist of labor protection) or the existence of a contract with an accredited organization in the field of provision of labor protection services;
- a copy of the training on labor protection from the briefing journal;
- ERP or PPR or RTI;
- a copy of the protocol of certification of workers on labor protection;
- copies of certificates of certification of labor protection and general requirements of industrial safety. When performing gas work, on pressure vessels, using GPM, in electrical installations, fire works - copies of certificates for each type of work;
- medical admission of personnel;
- copies of certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, crane machinists, hoists (towers). For gas-electric welders, copies of PTM certification protocols.
In case of identification of inconsistencies in the submitted documents to the requirements of normative legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the service of OT and the PB in matters of Occupational Safety and Safety Industrial safety in the organization of the Contractor.
