2. Purpose of work
Repair of power oil transformers 10 / 0.4 kV, 630-1600 kVA of various manufacturers installed on transformer substations of EPM-NEZ JSC from the material of the contractor in the amount of 5 pcs.
3. Deadline
Beginning of work on February 15, 2020
Completion of work July 31, 2020.
For repairs, transformers will be displayed alternately.
4. The contents of the repair work
Transformer repair is carried out in the scope of defective statements
(Appendices No. 1,2,3,4,5) from the material of the contracting organization, in the territory of the Contractor.

7. Requirements for the Contractor
7.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources
To perform this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
7.2. To clarify the conditions of work, familiarization with the object is desirable
arrival of representatives of the Contractor to the Customer.
7.3. The contractor in his commercial proposal indicates the payment procedure
and other conditions.
7.4. After completion of work, the contractor transfers to the customer the executive
documentation according to RD-11-02-2006 dated 12/26/06. and other regulatory
documents (Act with volumes of work performed and test reports and
transformer measurements after repair).
7.5. Guaranteeing at least 12 months.
Comments: The participant who participated in the procedure (made a proposal), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obligated to upload the following documents to the system:
1. Articles of Association (with all the amendments, if any).
2. Certificate of the state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from USRLE.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the powers of the person authorized to sign the documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.

10. Requirements for the Contractor:
