13. The content of the major maintenance works
13.1. Repair of transformers running in the amount of defective statements (annex No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) from the material of the contractor.

13.3. Vehicles for refuse, scrap or other waste provides

15. Executive requirements
15.1. Artist must have the necessary production and human resources
to perform this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
15.2. To clarify the conditions of execution of works, acquaintance with the object preferably
the arrival of representatives of the Executive Director.
15.3. Performer in its commercial offer specifies the order of payment works
and other conditions.
15.4. Certification Manager, ENGINEERS and performers in industrial safety and
labour protection in accordance with Annex 1 of the GCO.
15.5. Ensuring the health and safety measures, safe methods of work on the project.
15.6. After the completion of the executor passes the customer Executive
documentation in accordance with Rd-11-02-2006 from 26.12.06 g. and other normative
documents (Act with the volumes, works performed and test reports and
dimensions of the transformer after repair).
15.7. Providing warranties not less than 12 months.
Workers contracted to perform repair works of transformers must have training appropriate to the nature of the execution of works with a mark in a special certificate of completion of training and examinations in evaluation commissions.
16. Safety production work
By manufacture of works on repair of transformers entrepreneurial organization must comply with the following rules:
- rules on a labour safety in the operation of electroinstallations;
- rules of technical operation of electroinstallations of consumers;
- rules on the safety of hazardous production facilities, which
use lifting facilities;
- Regulation device of electroinstallations;
- fire safety rules;
- regulations on labor protection when working at height SWEAT RM-012-200;
- the rules of environmental, sanitary and other regulations in force in the territory of the Russian Federation and ensure safe working conditions for the life and health of people.
For production work organisation should undergo induction training. All work performed on the territory of JSC "EPM-NJeZ" should be conducted according to the regulations on the use of orders of tolerances in the production of works of increased danger at EPM-NJeZ ".
