Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the work shall be made by the Customer upon the fact of their performance on the basis of the act of acceptance and acceptance of the executed works and the invoice of the Contractor within 45 (30 for special trades) calendar days from the date of signing the act of delivery and acceptance of the work performed and the Contractor providing documents, (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration, established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract). Settlements under the agreement shall be made by transfer of funds from the settlement account of the Customer to the settlement account of the Contractor or, upon agreement of the Parties, by transferring bills of exchange and other securities as payment under the acceptance-transfer certificate. Advance payment is not provided.
The date of payment is the date of writing off the funds from the Customer's settlement account or the date of signing the act of acceptance and transfer of bills of exchange and other securities.
