Ranking of bids

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

important! Prices in the auction for work on TO E60 (lot No. 1) must be submitted in rubles, prices for components necessary for carrying out TO E60 (lot No. 2) must be submitted in another currency.

Priority is given to the purchase in rubles, at the same time, the competition provides:
possibility of submitting applications in different currencies;
* alternative applications (the opportunity to submit several proposals for a position/lots in different currencies).
IMPORTANT! Residents of the Russian Federation are required to fix the price offer for the main application in rubles, alternative KP is allowed to be submitted in foreign currency.
Proposals of Residents of the Russian Federation only in foreign currency will be withdrawn from consideration.


Mandatory conditions for participants:
1. Payment terms - 100% post-payment on the 61st (sixty-first) calendar day or the next working day, if the 61st day is a weekend after the signing of the Act of acceptance of works
2. Warranty - 1 year according to the TOR
3. Consent to the signing of the standard form of the contract (see the procurement documentation)

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
