Comments:
The Contractor, using his own resources and resources, on the basis of the terms of reference, carries out repairs of a part of the ramp of building No. 011011 of Vzryvprom Yuga Kuzbass JSC. All the necessary materials for these works are provided by the Contractor. In the absence of uploaded documentation in the request, the Bidders' proposals will not be considered. The Contractor accepts the terms of the Standard Agreement of Vzryvprom Yuga Kuzbass JSC. List of documents: 1. Dealer certificate for the offered product; 2. Certificate for goods and services. 3. Statutory documents (For the conclusion of a model contract for JSC "Explosion Industry of the South of Kuzbass"). four. Commercial offer based on the results of this request. five. Documentation with the price for this request. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
