11. Purpose of work
Performance of the current repair of electric supply of chimneys № 6 and 9 of the TSO section № 2 to ensure the reliability of the ventilation equipment.
12. Term of work performance
Start of works on June, 012019.
Completion of works on August 31, 2019
13. Maintenance of repair works
The repair of the electric supply of № 6 and 9 of the TSO section № 2 is performed in the volume of defective statements and the list of Materials Appendix 2 of the material of the contracting organization. To clarify the conditions of work, acquaintance with the object is desirable to arrive representatives of the executor to the customer.
14. Requirements to the Executor
14.1. The executor must have the necessary production and human resources

14.7. Guarantee of at least 12 months.
Employees engaged for work should have training, corresponding to the nature of work with a mark in a special certificate of completion of training and exams in the Attestation commissions.
15. Safety of work production
In the production of electrical supply repairs № 6 and 9 ZO section № 2 Contracting organization must comply with the requirements of the following rules:
- Safety regulations for the operation of electrical installations;
- Rules of technical operation of electrical installations of consumers;
- Safety regulations of hazardous production facilities on which the
The lifting structures are used;
- Rules of the device of electrical installations;
- Fire safety regulations;
- Rules on safety at work at height of SWEAT RM-012-200;
- Rules of ecological, sanitary-hygienic and other norms operating in the territory of the Russian Federation and to provide safe working conditions for life and health of people.
For the production of works the contractor must undergo an introductory briefing. All works performed in the territory of JSC "EPM-NAZ" should be carried out according to the provision "on the application of tolerances for the production of high-risk works at the JSC" EPM-Naz "
